No Returns are accepted on 'sale' items.
Returns are accepted on non 'sale' items no questions asked as long as it is returned in it's original condition (free of fragrances or marks) with all tags still attached and in it's original packaging. We retain the right to use our discretion to determine that the item is in it's original condition and unworn. The returned item must be shipped no later than 14 days after it has arrived at your address. You will be refunded the full amount paid less the original shipping charges in the manner via which the payment was made. Please allow 7-10 days to receive your refund once we have received your package.

You MUST contact us within 12 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization number and shipping instructions prior to sending item/s back to us.
Bahamian post can be extremely slow and unreliable therefore items should be sent using FedEx, UPS, DHL or TNT. We cannot accept responsibility for any item shipped using alternative methods. We are not responsible for lost items. Items sent without tracking are shipped at your own risk.
Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any shipping costs related to items that are being returned for reasons other than a garment defect.
Items cannot be exchanged.
Items without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
